Description: How do we innovate to make current employment and living support services more suitable for disabled young adults in the 21st century?  What are the services, community organizations, and resources that are untapped? 

   

Representatives from state and community-based agencies discuss support services that are currently offered. In addition, they provide strategies that are being implemented to transform services to fit the 21st century needs of their respective communities.
