Anjail Muhammad is an NC native from the Triangle area. She is an advocate for equitable early learning education for all children. Currently, she works as an Assistant Director at The Vital Link School located in Raleigh, NC. As a mother of a 15-year-old son with special needs, she recognizes the challenges and importance of family support and the accessibility of resources. After she finishes her bachelor of science degree in Child Development from Meredith College, she plans to develop early learning programs that implement parent education, involvement, and support to marginalized families.
